5 magical life skills that can make you a billionaire!!

Who on this planet don't want money? (Talking about humans) From rich to poor, from Bezos to Beggars, everybody wants money. Right.. And actually its not that bad wish as you think. Logically, to survive in this modern, digital world we must have money.
No...  This is not that typical motivational types typical post.. No.. I am talking about scientific skills by which, most of the people (Most means, literally 90%) have became billionares. Yes.. Guys and I wish, if you follow these things, you too may be in this 90%

5. Planning:

Planning is a skill which you too can perfect. I am not talking about, career planning and that farsighted planning. I am talking about tomorrow. What is your goal tomorrow. 
Suppose, you want to start gyming, but you are unable to start because of time and your busy schedule, plan and think about it. It is not compulsory to gym everyday, but you can do it at least 3 days a week. Find those days. One is Sunday, and rest work is yours. And yes, it is not compulsory to gym in the morning only. Okay.. 

4. Writing a daily diary :

This is something which most of the people don't take seriously. Don't be one of them. Dont give excuses. Okay, you will think "Okay yeah! You said write a diary, I will do it but actually what to write?"
 Yes, this a good question, which I too got when first time I thought about this habit. What I write is, all bullsh*t things, I did today and what I leant out of it. Then I plan about the most important thing to do the next day and write it down. Even if it is cutting my nails! I write it down. So you too can do it. 

3. Communication skills and networking:

Networking and having good communication skills are inter related to each other. 
Firstly what do we mean by good communication skills. If talking in simple language, good communication skills means simply being a good communicator, and you can only be a good communicator, when you are a good listener. Let the person with whom you are communicating complete his sentence and once he completed, start your story. Make him realize that you are paying attention to him. Use your body too, for communication, as it is proved by science that, you communicate 70-75% with body language.

2. Getting fit, by body as well as mind:

Yes it is well said that 'A healthy mind stays in healthy body' Right.. 
Coming straight to the point, getting a fit body doesn't mean to be like Arnold. Just cut that extra layer of fat around your stomach, if you have. And lift some weights. Start jogging my friends. Its connection with your mind is that, when you lift weights or complete your jogging target, your brain releases happy hormones called Dopamine which makes us feel relaxed and always exited to do work.

1. Having and selling your skills

Each one of you have some or the other skills. Right.. If not, develop one. 
Now, the question arises, how will I? 
The answer to it is, find your interest. Now don't tell me, you don't have any interest! Still if it is true with you, just do everything, what you get opportunity of. Means, if you are in college, take part in plays, or dance. Who knows, you may become the next Tom Cruise! 
Okay, you have a skill then it to its max potential. Get mastered in it and go to a level, which no one on this earth has achieved! 
Okay, you have a skill in which you can compete with anybody, then do it. Use your skills to tell the world to tell the world, who are you and what you can do! For doing it you must use or sell your skills. 
Selling to is a skill which needs many things to master. I will post about it later.

5 myths about eyes that were told to you as a child!

Eyes are believed to be one of the the most attractive features of human body, and it is true. You too might believe this. When first time you look towards a person, you subconsciously look in his eyes, then his\her hair and then the theory of attraction begins! When you were a child, many times you might have got scolded by your parents that, watch TV from a safe distance or you will damage your eyesight. Right.. Yes, I always got scolded from my father due to that reason. The myths, I am gonna tell you is experimented by me. So let's make our way for hunting these myths..

5. Wearing someone else glasses can make your eyes weaker:

Guys, this is a myth. I myself has tried this and I am a proof for this. My friend with the power -1.5 D gave his glasses to me a few months ago, when I wasn't facing eye problems. Imagine, if you punch a person, will he be in pain for life long term. No! Man, he will just feel pain for just a few seconds or minutes (Unless you are a boxer. Just kidding) Same happens with eyes. If you wear glasses of power which is not yours, you will surely experience headache, eye strain, but not myopia or hypermetropia! 

4. Reading in dim or low light may damage your eyes. 

Our parents used to constantly keep telling us that "Don't read in dark sweety, its not good for your eyes" But now you have a great info about eye myths. Right..  So you can tackle anybody. So, reading in dim or low light will not damage your eyesight. Listen, eyes are lens. Right.. There work is to take information from surrounding and chat with our lovely brain about what they have seen. If you are reading in dark, just the chatting among brain and eyes will have network problem. The information will just not be clear. What is the fault of our eye lens in that case? 

3. Crossing your eyes may make you a crossed eye person:

Firstly, before hunting this myth, I will clear that a crossed eyed person is a person who has a damaged nerve which makes his eyeball to lose the coordination. I bet you will not damage your nerve by just crossing your eyes. God hasn't made our body that weak. If you cross, your eyes, it will just be like rubber motion, means it will only last until you have applied tension. 

2. Using computer may damage your eyesight :

If you are using computer for a long time, the only eye condition you will face is dry eyes. That will only happen when you lessen the blink in eyes, this automatically happens when you use computer for a long time. If you dont want to suffer from this problem, just close your eyes for 5 sec and let your eye do all the rest. 

1. Watching TV for long time may damage your eyesight :

No, this is also a myth. Watching TV for a long time will just make your eyes dry and we have discussed about it. So that is all about this myth..

5 non-equipment exercises which can make you owner of six pack in just a month!!

Everybody wants to develop a muscular and attractive physique in case of guys and in case of girls craze for a slim curvy figure with our godly six packs are in great demand. Many guys and girls joins gym but only a few get the expected result. I am not saying that the exercises I am gonna tell you make you of the body you have in your mind but surely you will notice starting of abs!
 Firstly what are six pack abs? Six pack abs are the rectus abdominus muscles which are present in your tummy area. There are two cases which are must for developing six packs perfectly. You need to reduce your tummy fat and secondly you must develop these rectus muscles. You might have seen six packs of your thin friends. Yes they are six packs but are undeveloped. So if he show off for his abs, just say him 'You are still a kid, my son!' (Just kidding). I assure you that, you my friend, whether you are a girl or guy, you have six pack abs. The problem is there is a layer of fat covered over it and of course undeveloped muscles. So without wasting time let's start exploring...

5. Jumping Jacks:

WTF... WTF.... WTF, yes friend this is one of the best fat loss exercise. Also it is very simple cardio exercise. This exercise helps your overall body to lose fat. And.... And... By my personal experience,  this exercise also helps your shoulder to be in shape. So without jumping jacks you will be unable to build your packs!! This is also one of the magical exercises, which can make you look in shape doing it just for few weeks (this tip is only for my bros who are a bit healthy)

4. Sprints:

As we all know, we only can develop six pack abs only when we have low body fat percentage. Right.. Sprinting is a form of High intensity exercises which can also benefit to lower blood pressure and all that! But we are interested in that damn ass abs! Right! So, you might have seen a sprinter or consider Mr. Usain Bolt, he is the the fastest man round the globe (If I am no wrong), how is his body, his abs? Just awesome, isn't it?  So by conclusion, sprints helps to burn fat at the speed of light and also helps us to develop core muscles. Approximately, if you sprint non-stop for 20mins, you will burn more than 500 calories. So you can imagine the power of sprints!

3. Squats:

Squats are basically exercise developed for legs, but secretly it targets, your abs too! When you go down it crushes your abs, when you come up it stretches your rectus muscles which you squeezed while going down. If you are doing this with free weights, it will benefit more to your legs and your abs too. What more can I tell you about squats. I mostly use to get this as a punishment when I was on school. 2. Plank:

Plank was developed for core but it also benifits whole body. Plank is the exercise in which you hold your body for seconds or minutes as per your capacity in plank pose. This is also one of the asanas called kumbhakasana which is a good news for yogis reading this. Plank is also useful for back pain problems which many people faces now a days. A bonus fact for you, if you believe that you are a fit person, do a two min plank. Now! Keep that phone aside! And tell me were you able to complete this challenge. If not, no problem, that's not a big issue. But it only means, either you are too fat or too weak or doing wrong workouts. You can also beat the plank world record which is only 8 hrs and 1min if you try and do hardwork in it! 

1. All types of crunches:

Whether it is reverse crunches or it is bicycle crunches or any other crunches, you do it, you will get abs. But not just in a day or two. It is process which requires months. Again, its the same, it puts tension on rectus muscles and also obliques which help them grow bigger and stronger. There are many tutorials on YouTube which can help you to do this. I will first recommend to try smoothly first. Don't go too hard in your first attempt or you will not be able to get up after sitting in toilet! (Just kidding) 
       So, these were the simple exercises which can help you to build more stronger abs naturally without any equipment. I personally have developed my abs using these exercises only. I never went gym. But recently have joined one. That's all about me. Comment me if you have any doubt about it, as an athlete (not kidding) I know many things about fitness and exercises.
